At SoluTech, we value customer feedback. We see it as an opportunity to further improve our service. Whenever we carry out a service call we ask the customer to complete a simple customer satisfaction survey.

We ask six questions
1. Was your telephone call answered and dealt with quickly and efficiently?
2. How did you find the experience of logging a service call?
3. Were you kept informed on the progression of your call?
4. If an engineer was required to attend, were they smartly dressed and helpful in resolving your problem?<
5. Was your repair experience carried out to your satisfaction?
