Where do we cover?

Humber region

We understand how frustrating it is if you call your service provider as your copier is in need of a fix, only to find out the engineers are all away in Leeds and Manchester servicing other customers.

We aim to respond to all service calls in less than the industry standard of 4 hours, so we specifically cater only to the Humber Region, meaning we don’t have to over stretch our engineers – or frustrate our customers!

Remote Management

For your convenience and to provide quick and easy support service, we are now able to remotely access your machine. This provides a secure and efficient diagnostic tool to resolve minor issues without having to have an engineer come out to you. Meaning less downtime impact on your business.
